Groundbreaking Ceremony Held for “Kuddus Nur’s Heaven” Residential Project in Agrabad
Construction begins on G+7 building with community doa and special launch offer
Chattogram, July 24, 2025 —
The official groundbreaking ceremony for “Kuddus Nur’s Heaven”, a new residential development by Kuddus Holdings, took place on Thursday, July 24th at 1:30 PM at Mistiripara, Agrabad (Tin Rastar Matha, near Lal Mosque).
The event was attended by around 80–100 guests, including Md. Muradul Islam Selim, Managing Director of Kuddus Holdings, Md. Jefranul Islam Rakib, Director & Executive Officer, landowner Md. Abdur Nur Ripon, his father Nur Mohammad, the Imam of Lal Mosque, relatives, and local residents.
The ceremony included a doa and monajat seeking divine blessings for the project, followed by a community meal. This event also marked the official start of piling work for the project.

Kuddus Nur’s Heaven is located on a 3.16 katha plot in central Agrabad and will be a G+7 residential building.
